Basic Skills:
1. Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
2. Must have a good technical knowledge to understand clients requirement &
coordinate the same with the technical team.
3. Should have proper technical & product knowledge to address the customer queries.
4. Identify and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
5. Participating in different seminars, conferences, and meetings for promoting the
products.
6. Providing technical training to customer.
7. Responsible for new client development.
8. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and
adherence to goals.
9. Maximize revenue contributions.
10. Should keep travelling in the local areas on customer request. In future should be ready
to move further locations for resolving the customer's queries
Desired Profile:
• Aged below 30 years (Relaxed for candidates with “relevant” work experience).
• 3 to 5 years related experience in technical sales.
• Technical knowledge as well as market study required on Automobile field and
Automotive applications.
• Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements.
• Should have Good Trouble Shooting/Debugging skills.
• Should be a very good team player.
• Should have excellent communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional
team to achieve the required functional/cost/weight/timing & quality objectives.
